Director of MIDEPECAM
- The Director executes the decisions taken by the Board of Directors within the limits of the powers delegated to him by it. He draws up the annual action program of the Mission, the draft budget for the new financial year and the activity report for the past financial year.
- He is the budget authorizing officer. As such, he opens in the name of the Mission current bank accounts.
- He hires and dismisses the daily staff of the Mission.
- He attends the board of directors with advisory and provides the secretariat.
- He represents the Mission in all acts of civil life and in justice.
MIDEPECAM has nearly 32 active women and men. The organization of MIDEPECAM revolves around 3 Poles
The Operations and Commercial Animation Pole,
which manages the marketing of fishery products and ice cream within commercial infrastructures ;
The Pole Distribution of fishing equipment and accessories
which provides logistical support to artisanal fishermen from the agencies ;
Le Pôle Support
which brings together human resources, purchasing, finance, accounting and information systems functions.
